Wig: Aizawa Cosplay Wig, then styled with large rollers for the flips and volume

Suit: The one I got in particular is no longer available and I gambled and got mine off the Wish App (oof), but it was extremely similar to this one

Scarf: The scarf is 3 yards long and made from interfaced grey cotton.

Goggles: These were safety goggles that I covered in craft foam and darkened the lens with some tinted plastic.

Belt: This is black vinyl with craft foam pouches painted silver and a velcro closure.
